Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a Store Manager in Mentor, OH to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee operations, merchandising, and promotions while training staff to providePiercing services with a focus on safety and customer care.

You’ll engage with customers, manage inventories, and ensure the store reflects Claire’s fun, fashionable brand and inclusivity. Prior experience in retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Proven selling skills and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store profitability by executing promotions and strategies.
• Create memorable shopping experiences reflecting Claire's brand.
• Participate in piercing services training and guide customers through piercing process.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop team; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Represent the brand by keeping the store well-merchandised and up-to-date with trends.
