Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced leader to supervise the front end, pharmacy, and overall store operations in Goose Creek, SC. You will drive customer experience, sales, and profitability while managing recruitment, coaching, and performance of team members.

You will also oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and compliance, and may support pharmacy operations during peak periods. A path to Store Manager promotion exists with required leadership training and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
• Willingness to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store front-end and pharmacy operations to achieve company deliverables.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Supervises scheduling, time records, and store coverage to ensure adequate staffing.
• Manages cash handling, bookkeeping, and adherence to policies and laws.
• Develops and executes plans to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Collaborates with Store Manager and District Manager; supports external partnerships and community outreach.
