Christy Sports in Colorado is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations, merchandising, and guest experience. You’ll own inventory, drive profitability, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for teammates and guests.

You will build a high‑performing team through hiring, coaching, and training, while championing our values and delivering best‑in‑class service. A passion for snow sports helps you connect with customers and staff. Budgeted range starts at $70,000–$80,000 annually.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of hands-on retail experience.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Passion for snow sports industry.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Self-starter with multitasking ability.
• Experience with retail POS systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
