You will handle cost and inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations, while mentoring staff, maintaining cleanliness, and scheduling to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• A great role model with high standards for yourself and the team.
• Stores operate 7 days a week; weekend/holiday availability may be required.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees per shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders, ensure friendly service.
• Operate cash register and collect payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold grooming standards.
• Deliver products safely from the store to customers.
