Job Details:

  • Position Details: Store Lead
  • Pay Range: $41,600 - $50,000

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics, and game consoles helpful.
  • Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Success in training and developing new employees.
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • You MUST have exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of supervisory/management experience.
  • Previous experience working at a retail electronics store (helpful).
  • A+ certification.
  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) (helpful).
  • Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
  • Meets or exceeds sales/profit goals by embracing sales tactics and strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Maintains store staff by orienting and training new employees.
  • Achieves financial objectives by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains operations by coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies & procedures.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
  • Identifies clients' needs and qualifies clients for sales of accessories and other products per our service agreements.
  • Welcomes customers in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining and ordering inventory.
  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs devices (phones, laptops, desktop PCs, gaming consoles).
  • Provides recommendations for problem resolution.
  • Provides estimates to customers for repair or replacement according to problem diagnosis and repair/replacement recommendation.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Ensures repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards.
  • Conducts employee reviews and evaluations.
  • Regular and consistent work attendance is required. Excessive absenteeism is not tolerated.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by senior leadership.

We're offering competitive pay between $41,600 to $50,000 annually with uncapped sales commissions. Our Techs make an average of $3-$7 extra per hour in commissions alone.
