7-Eleven in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our store leadership team. You will learn to supervise a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive merchandising and promotional initiatives under guidance from experienced managers.

The program emphasizes internal promotion, hands-on training, and development of P&L awareness, cash handling, and store operations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
