Store Manager

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two makes up the store’s leadership team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers or part-timers looking for extra income. Through hard work, completing our training programs, and learning the business, they have built the best store management teams in the industry. What You Bring

• Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Skill in using P&L and store reports to make impactful changes.
• Experience with cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience is acceptable.
• A valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
