7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Allen, TX to begin a path toward Store Leader. You will work with a leadership team, develop coaching skills, and supervise store operations while learning merchandising, promotions, and customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes growth from front-line supervision to store-wide leadership through structured training programs and on-the-job coaching. A focus on teamwork and profitability supports daily store success.
