SuperMom's LLC in Allen, TX is searching for a dedicated Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee to oversee operations and lead the team. You will ensure customer service excellence and compliance with operational standards, while supporting employee growth and retention.

The ideal candidate has prior restaurant management experience or a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. The position offers a full-time schedule along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and empowering employees.
• Proficient computer knowledge preferred (Microsoft products).
• Restaurant management experience of at least one year is beneficial.
