Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store in the Rosemead, CA area. You will hire, supervise, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The company offers duration leadership training to prepare you for success and mentorship from a supportive Panda community. Role requires a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Responsible for hiring, managing and directing of associates to support store success.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
