Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Indianapolis to lead a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will complete an eight-plus week leadership training program to prepare for success.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings/evenings, weekends, and holidays, and willingness to relocate within 50 miles. We offer paid training and a generous compensation package with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare the store for success with an 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
