You will recruit and coach associates, schedule effectively, and uphold merchandising standards while controlling payroll and expenses. Partner with the District Sales Manager to foster a positive, inclusive workplace.

Competenze

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume apparel business or equivalent.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and KPIs.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other stores for district meetings or coverage.
