Job summary

Miniso in Town of Huntington, NY is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver a vibrant customer experience. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales, manage labor and inventory, and promote our membership program to foster loyalty and growth.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, recruit and develop talent, maintain store standards, and ensure excellent service while safeguarding profitability and a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with team leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores as needed.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including assistants, shift leads and sales associates.
• Promote the store mission and Miniso values in daily operations.
• Ensure seamless store execution and outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales through training, motivation and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire and retain top talent and develop career paths.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising standards and labor management.
• Maintain store standards and profitability through effective strategies.
• Manage cash handling and ensure SOP adherence.
