Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol.
• 3-6 months Customer Service Representative experience or Assistant In Training experience, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers.
• Enforce company policy and procedures with employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the store and carwash where applicable.
• Assist in training of new employees and support daily operations.
• Handle cash register and sales transactions accurately.
• Work weekends and various shifts as needed.
• Support foodservice and beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Prepare deposits and ensure proper store procedures are followed.
