Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, manage, and guide staff to meet financial goals and ensure excellent guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver Panda Express standards and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare for success.
