Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders for our store management team. You will oversee store operations, hire and guide associates, and drive financial and guest-experience goals. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA Statement: able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and ongoing development for advancement into management positions.
