Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team. You will supervise shift operations, manage 3 to 10 staff, ensure cost, inventory and cash controls, and deliver fast, friendly service.

You must lead by example, keep the store clean and professional, and uphold grooming standards. The role requires multitasking, sound judgement and strong customer relations as you set the tone for the store.

Qualifications

• Strong judgement, math and ability to multi-task.
• Experience supervising 3–10 employees during shifts.
• Excellent customer service and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Manage 3 to 10 employees during your scheduled shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone)!
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
