The role requires a flexible schedule and willingness to relocate within 50 miles from home. Food safety certification (Serve Safe) is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet targets.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training for success.
