Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store in the Dallas area. You will hire, supervise and develop associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We offer paid meals during shifts, a comprehensive benefits package, 401K with company match, PTO and holidays, and ongoing career development with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma.
Must be flexible to move within a 50-mile radius from home.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, directing and supervising associates.
Help achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training.
