You will work with the General Manager to implement procedures, manage staff, and ensure accurate pricing and merchandising. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lb with assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, assembly directions, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rates, ratios, percentages.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive representation of Ace Retail Group and assist customers in solving problems.
• Supervise store operations, open and close the store, and support loss prevention and audits.
• Coordinate with General Manager on store execution and weekly management meetings.
• Train and supervise associates; manage upkeep of sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor areas.
• Ensure timely price changes, labeling, and maintenance of assets across the store.
