Skechers is hiring a Store Manager in Fenton, MO, to lead a team in a full-time, permanent role. The position offers hourly compensation, leadership development, and opportunities for career growth within the Skechers global brand.

You will supervise merchandising, staffing, and daily operations to maximize store profitability and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail management, restaurant management or hospitality leadership is a plus.
• Strong communication and sales skills with ability to coach and motivate a team.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales, customer service and growth.
• Act as product expert and ensure high-quality product presentation and store layout.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of Skechers store employees.
• Oversee store systems including inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures and day-to-day operations.
• Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and set performance expectations.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve in-store issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
