The role focuses on recruiting and developing Associates, mentoring staff, and executing plans to meet sales and service goals while enhancing loss prevention and store efficiency. A supportive, growth-oriented culture is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; provide training and ongoing growth; mentor and role model a positive customer experience.
• Communicate and implement plans for projects, targets, and store changes; input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs; improve store layout and efficiency.
