Job summary

AEO Branson is seeking a Store Team Leader who will act as the CEO of the store, driving sales, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met. You will own the store's business plan, manage schedules and payroll, and lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit and develop talent, implement training programs, and maintain strong communication to foster career growth while upholding AEO's values and asset protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Own the store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team with development plans.
• Develop store leadership through training and performance reviews.
• Establish goals, hold the team accountable to brand standards and floorset execution.
• Manage visual standards, merchandising, scheduling and payroll to optimize guest experience.
• Uphold integrity and audit standards across store operations.
