Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Revival Leader to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

You will lead all activities to meet store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, HR management, payroll and expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation, while engaging and developing the team. You will recruit and coach associates, uphold company standards, and foster a welcoming, high‑performing environment that aligns with Revival values and brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct store activities to achieve sales and guest service goals.
• Recruit, develop, and manage associates with accountability for performance.
• Forecast payroll and control expenses to maximize store profitability.
• Direct merchandise presentation and loss prevention per company standards.
• Communicate with executive team and uphold Revival culture.
