Stand Out For Good, Inc. is recruiting a Revival Leader to drive store performance and guest experience. You will oversee operations, payroll, HR, and merchandising while mentoring a team to meet sales goals and standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to manage costs and staff, with a focus on maintaining Revival culture and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 30 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet all sales objectives, guest service, HR, payroll and expenses.
• Recruit, select and develop associates; hold individuals accountable for performance.
• Forecast, analyze business trends and manage payroll to maximize store performance.
• Direct guest service efforts in line with brand standards; coach associates on guest interactions.
