Famous Footwear is seeking a Store Manager who loves shoes and serving the community. You will lead a store team to deliver the best shopping experience, stay current on trends, and coach associates to meet sales targets and growth goals.

You will manage day-to-day retail operations, staffing, and inventory while maintaining brand standards and delivering strong customer connections that keep customers loyal to our stores and brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop associates.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead talent discovery and succession planning within the store.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including pricing, shipments, and inventory.
• Drive sales and growth using insights from business metrics and observations.
