Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR, LSR and SA descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees, recruits, hires and trains staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develops, manages and assigns tasks to ensure store is clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedules employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Promotes safe, professional image and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Prepares performance appraisals in Workday, provides feedback and conducts regular check-ins.
• Trains staff on safety procedures, cash handling and loss prevention.
