The role emphasizes coaching, training, and leading all store teams, aligning with the company's values. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support promotional periods, ensure safety and EPA compliance, and be ready to cover additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in retail or similar settings.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and motivate teams.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years’ experience in retail or other settings.
• One or more years’ experience in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of building sales, inventory, labor, scheduling, cash management, and maintenance logging.
• Lead the store's mission, vision and core values.
• Coach, train, provide corrective action, and lead all store teams.
• Ensure hiring paperwork is complete and up to snuff.
• Follow presentation standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure safety standards and EPA compliance documentation.
• Able to fill in for other positions as needed.
• Travel about 5-10% of the time.
