Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to energize a high-performing team and deliver results from the floor. You’ll balance operations, coaching, and customer moments to create an engaging store experience. Your leadership will shape daily execution and team development.

You’ll lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on integrity, accountability, and results, promoting growth from within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.
• Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor with presence — be the face and pace of the store.
• Grow a powerhouse team through coaching, feedback, and celebration.
• Keep operations humming — freight flowing, zones looking sharp, priorities clear.
• Manage labor to match the business and stay on budget.
• Drive sales on the floor by modeling selling behaviors and guiding the team.
• Create a culture that is positive, fun, and high-performing.
• Pivot when needed — adapt quickly to changing conditions.
