Five Below is looking for a Store Manager who will lead from the floor, energize a high-performing team, and deliver results across operations and customer experience. You’ll coach, manage labor, and keep zones sharp while modeling selling behaviors to ensure every guest leaves happy.

You will drive sales on the floor, lead with integrity, and build a positive culture that empowers associates to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
