Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety of people and pets and ensure operational execution.
• Lead the associate and pet parent experience while maintaining store standards.
• Manage employment decisions including recruiting, interviewing, and coaching.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and paperwork required by the Company.
• Analyze and respond to reporting in all areas of the store.
