Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management with a track record of building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Human Resources experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of store operations and staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Drives guest-focused environment by anticipating guest needs and elevating service.
• Models exceptional service standards and coaches staff to deliver memorable experiences.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures and daily operational readiness.
• Leads end-to-end recruitment, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Manages scheduling to align staffing with peak business hours and events.
• Onboards and trains team members through company programs.
