Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters to manage front end operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve deliverables; assumes duties in absence of Store Manager.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline of team members.
• Monitors customer service, coaches for improvements, and resolves complaints to boost loyalty.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store improvements and identify opportunities.
• Oversees cashiering, inventory, pricing changes, and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensures store safety, policy compliance, and effective use of systems and software.
