Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of continuous store or retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us and mentor them toward success.
• Maintain proactive operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales and promotions, order inventory, schedule shifts, and exceed metrics.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, operating the cash register, and other duties as needed.
