Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• At least one year in store/retail management or two years as Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor.
• Age 21+ per state requirements for Tennessee and other listed states.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with the company and serve customers.
• Maintain proactive operations: scheduling, inventory management, promotions and cost control.
• Support rollout of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and maintain store standards.
• Handle stocking, cleanliness, and cash register duties as needed.
