Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers and associates.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand and move through shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and model exceptional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
• Crosstrain and support all areas of store operations, including sales and stocking functions
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty when scheduled
• Act as a subject matter expert while modeling Great Place to Work behaviors
• Ensure merchandise is in stock and accurately priced
• Support overall store performance and operational excellence
• Perform additional duties as assigned
