Skechers is seeking a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) in a full-time on-site role in Minnesota. You will engage customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success through leadership, product knowledge, and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities include leading the team, merchandising, staffing, and daily retail operations to drive profitability while maintaining exceptional store standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain store organization, manage product displays, restock shelves, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and performance expectations.
• Resolve in-store issues with strong problem-solving to ensure a smooth customer experience.
