Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) for an entry-level retail role in Minnesota. You will engage with customers, provide personalized service, and help shoppers choose the right Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories while upholding brand standards.

You’ll contribute to store goals, stock shelves, manage displays, and handle cashier duties with a flexible schedule and the opportunity for growth within the Skechers brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice on Skechers products to customers.
• Help achieve store and individual sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise.
• Handle cashier duties and process payments.
• Stand on your feet for most of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
