• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Direct the management team and hourly associates in facility operations, merchandising and company direction.
• Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, succession planning and performance evaluations to address turnover and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, asset protection and safety controls.
• Drive sales and manage budgets and forecasts; oversee academy training environment.
