Job summary

Truffles Cafe in Bluffton, SC is seeking a high-energy, friendly Store Manager to lead a team and ensure total guest satisfaction while upholding our standards. You will interview potential employees, train and supervise staff, and manage inventory and weekly meetings to keep operations running smoothly.

You will listen to and resolve guest concerns, receive and place orders, and strive to maximize profitability and productivity.

Qualifications

• We are seeking high energy, positive, friendly and self motivated individuals to work with us to help manage our teams.
• We work a 5 day 45 hour average week with additional shifts being pro-rated based on your salary.
• We have a real bonus plan based on sales increases and Profit After Controllable Expenses.
