Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to lead both perishable and non-perishable department operations with P&L, safety, and inventory focus.
• Strong professional communication, written and verbal, with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and HR software.
