Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations, scheduling, and merchandising skills
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Support your Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Promote products and engage customers via social media, BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Provide leadership for operational soundness, delegating and customer-first selling
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback
• Run sales reports to guide strategy for hitting targets
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team
