Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Team Leader in Oklahoma City. You will act as the store CEO, driving sales, managing the business plan and coaching a high-performing team to achieve KPI targets and guest satisfaction.

You will lead recruitment, development and performance reviews while upholding AEO Brand Standards, merchandising, floorsets and payroll alignment to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, conflict management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities
