Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for multi-team store leadership.
• Proven experience in running a full-service restaurant and driving guest satisfaction.
• Comfort with restaurant tech and corporate communications tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and Hospitality Team Leader (HTL) and Culinary Team Leader (CTL).
• Own P&L results and ensure budgeted sales and labor targets are met.
• Maintain sanitation standards, health inspections, and weekly cleaning audits.
• Coach, develop, and hold team accountable to Egg Harbor standards and training plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and schedule staff to meet store needs and budgets.
• Communicate with corporate and District Manager; share updates and FYIs.
