Job summary

Dairy Queen store in Wahpeton, ND seeks an experienced Manager to run daily operations with attention to detail and customer experience. The role supports the GM in financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing while upholding Dairy Queen standards.

You will lead shift teams, enforce safety and quality controls, optimize labor, and ensure exceptional guest service and a positive work environment for all Fans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, focusing on quality, service and atmosphere.
• Lead training and development for shift leads and crew; ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist GM with business planning, cost control and labor optimization.
• Ensure Fan service standards are met and customer concerns are resolved promptly.
• Support team leadership, scheduling and performance feedback.
• Maintain health and safety standards, food safety procedures, sanitation and security.
