You’ll analyze daily sales trends, manage the P&L, schedule effectively, and lead with integrity while driving sales, guest loyalty, and team engagement.

• Experience leading a retail team and driving store sales.
• Able to analyze sales trends and manage the P&L.
• Strong coaching, performance feedback and development planning.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and guest loyalty through best-in-class experiences.
• Own and execute the store's business plan to hit KPIs.
• Recruit, hire and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards and Floorsets.
• Create effective schedules balancing traffic and payroll.
• Ensure integrity and Asset Protection standards.
