Vineyard Vines Myrtle Beach Outlet is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the Crew, drive sales, and deliver the brand's vibrant, inclusive culture on the sales floor.

You will coach Crew Leads, oversee inventory and merchandising, and partner with headquarters to optimize store performance while staying adaptable to evolving business needs. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisor experience in a similar volume is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong communication, inventory & merchandising skills.
• Able to bend, reach, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for holidays, nights & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of strategies to exceed financial goals.
• Delivers an energetic and omni‑channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and sales.
• Focuses on building client relationships and community engagement to gain repeat customers and new acquisition.
• Motivates and measures performance of Crew Leads and Crew to increase profitability.
• Acts as a mentor to Crew Leads and supports their development through transparent communication.
• Educates Crew on product information and brand initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
