You will oversee inventory, merchandising, cash control, and safety programs to protect customers and the business. You’ll recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel; manage opening/closing procedures; address customer concerns professionally; and coach your team to excel in a fast‑paced setting while

Qualifications

• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise safely.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and drive WOW customer service.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel.
• Assume responsibility for store operations and the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Motivate employees to excel and enhance productivity.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory, cash flow, and profitability to optimize store performance.
