Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Key Holder in Woodbridge, VA. You will report to the Store Manager and help deliver an exceptional customer experience across service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

You’ll coach team members, drive sales, and support leadership in daily operations while embodying Levi’s heritage and values. This role offers full-time/part-time flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Complies with all Levi's policies and programs while following store directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales goals.
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and is mobile throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in coaching store staff to model LS&Co selling practices and deliver authentic service.
• Assist in growing sales and maximizing opportunities with customers.
• Collaborate on training and coaching to elevate team performance and customer experience.
• Support store operations, product placement, and visual merchandising to ensure a smooth flow of items to the floor.
• Foster a positive, engaging shopping experience for customers and team members.
