Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Camarillo, CA is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support leadership and coach the team in delivering an engaging customer experience. You will help drive sales, manage store operations, and contribute to visual merchandising while upholding LS&Co standards.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 40 lbs., have reliable transportation, and commit to Levi's values, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Growing Sales: support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Be a coach: help train the team and model selling behaviors.
• Operational Excellence: assist with getting products to the floor, store operations and visual merchandising.
• Customer Focus: lead a positive and engaging shopping experience and drive key initiatives.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies and programs; meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs) and move around store; maintain reliability in transportation; must be 18+.
